Our Corporate Accommodation Process.

Red Steps provides company letting solutions to organisations looking to accommodate staff right across the UK and Europe; whether you have a short-term requirement for 1 staff member or need to house a team of 200+ for an extended corporate stay.

Red Steps caters specifically to corporate hospitality throughout the UK and Europe. We can accommodate any number of guests, from an individual to a party of hundreds attending a corporate event or working over an extended stay.

We offer an all-inclusive package that covers the following:

  • Bills

  • Utilities

  • Taxes

  • Licenses

  • Round-the-clock maintenance

  • And other miscellaneous costs…

    This simplifies the rental process by allowing one payment to cover everything, meaning there’s no need to open multiple new accounts in your name for the duration of your stay. You will have your personal property PA that you call with any questions, concerns or requests.

  • Give us a call or drop one of the team an email. One of our Account Managers will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your project, housing requirements, timescales and locations. They are experts in company lettings!

  • Following the briefing with your Account Manager you will receive written confirmation of your exact requirements, including tenancy length, budget, location to site, number of staff etc. Property lettings made simple.

  • Our team of Property Sourcers will work through our extensive network of on and offline portals, contacting Landlords and Agents in your chosen location to find the best properties for you to rent based on your bespoke accommodation requirements.

  • Once we’ve conducted an extensive search and narrowed the prospects to suit your criteria, we’ll send you a shortlist of the best candidates to allow you to make a selection.

  • Once you have narrowed down the accommodation that suits you we can arrange viewings for you. If you are unable to view the residences in person we can conduct virtual viewings via FaceTime or conduct viewings on your behalf and submit video footage to you to view at you leisure.

  • Once you have selected a tenancy property, we will submit the lease paperwork digitally for you to sign via the device of your choice. We will oversee the entire process, including:

    


    Ensuring the property has been cleaned and painted as is ‘rental ready.’

    Confirming the right certifications are in place, and your property is legally allowed to be rented

    Making sure the utilities will be billed to the management company directly and not the tenant

    Ensuring that new keys have been cut or entry codes set and ready for the tenants to use

  • While those mentioned above are handled, a team member will check personal and credit references to ensure that the prospective tenant or employer matches all the rental qualifying criteria.

  • Upon completing all the paperwork, a member of our maintenance team will order all the required furniture and household goods if the rental is not already furnished. Our staging team will style furnish your employees’ home, giving it a ‘home away from home’ feel so they are comfortable in their new residence from the moment they walk through the front door. 

  • With the residence ready for its first occupants, a customer service team member will meet you (or your staff) at the property to conduct a final walk-through before check-in. If everything is ok, we will oversee your check-in by handing over the sees or passing along your unique keypad entry information. All that is left for you to do is relax and get accustomed to your new home.

  • Your personal property P.A. will be on hand throughout your stay to handle any questions about the apartment or your tenancy, guaranteeing that your stay is as seamless and stress-free as possible. We’ve accommodated thousands of corporate guests throughout the UK and Europe over the years and like to think we have it down to a science.
