We view your property and if it is suitable for our contractor clients we will confirm our interest within 24 hours.

We sign up the property for a fixed rental price and tenancy period. This means that, as this is a guaranteed rent, you know exactly what you are getting every single month.

We then furnish the property, add our finishing touches & check-in our clients, giving them a single point of contact covering utilities, high-speed WIFI & any additional services they may require.
